Tools should remove friction, not manufacture identity.
The small set I actually use today, expected to change with the work.
Terminal
Warp for AI collaboration, visual context, and complex tasks; Ghostty for Git, tests, logs, and SSH.
Workspace
tmux / Zellij for session recovery and task boundaries. A pane represents responsibility, not another agent by default.
AI Coding
Codex / Claude Code, selected by task. Small changes stay direct; high-risk work earns planning, tests, and review.
Publishing
Astro, TypeScript, pnpm, and GitHub Pages. Static, reviewable, low-maintenance, and enough for durable writing.
